Description

A classy bird feeder woodworking plan for the yard or garden.  Inspired by Roman dome and column architecture.  Construct the Tuscany Bird Feeder from common fence or patio stock.  Redwood and Cedar are shown.  Mount atop a 4″ x 4″ fence post to invite birds for a meal.  Options include substituting turned columns with dowels and using a purchased finial if a lathe is not available.  The columns can be replaced with walls to build as a birdhouse.  Place seed at two levels for visiting birds.  From the bottom of the brackets to the top of the finial is 38″.   For an intermediate woodworker. Our 11″ x 17″ plans take little workbench space.  The copyrights allow making a photocopy of the full size patterns.  Trim out the patterns, apply spray adhesive on the backs and place on stock prepared to the thickness noted on the pattern.  You get accurate parts and no tracing.  We mail fast, usually within one business day.
