An exquisite all wood bird cage for birds or decoration.  Each level is built in picture frame fashion with 1/8" birch dowels forming the walls.  Upper curved walls are made from basket reed.  Instructions outline building a swing, perches and a bottom drawer for easy cage cleaning.  Venetian balcony windows, Italian cedars and turned accents can be added to create an ambiance of the Grand Canal of Venice.  It's an alluring centerpiece for a table or suspend from the ceiling with brass chains.  Only common shop tools are needed.
