1935 Duesenberg J Phaeton

Description

In its heyday, it was one of the most sought after vehicles. And especially among the Hollywood elite. But still hot in the collectors market today. Woods used in our display model include Red Heart, Purple Heart, Holly and Poplar. Everything shown is wood except for the spokes in the classic wire wheels. To embellish this model, silver enamel accents chrome parts. Unique in this plan is an assortment of display options. Included in the driveway display are rock pillars and a deluxe wood gate. Car dimensions: 19” long, 6 ½” wide, 6” high. The display base is 29” long, 15” deep. The large rock pillars are 3” x 3” x 8” high.

The 1935 Duesenberg plan is packed with over 100 photos, drawings, text and full size patterns. An eye catcher for a preferred display location. Wheels and lights require lathe turning. A project for intermediate thru advanced woodworkers.
